1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the website at shopverse.studio and engaging Shopverse for software engineering, e-commerce, or SEO services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Scope of Services
Shopverse provides custom digital engineering services specializing in three core disciplines:
- Website Development: Bespoke full-stack web applications and marketing platforms.
- E-commerce Development: Headless storefronts, catalog architecture, and checkout workflows.
- Technical SEO: Crawl diagnostics, structured data schema deployment, and Core Web Vitals optimization.
All client engagements are formally defined under separate Statements of Work (SOW) specifying deliverables, sprint timelines, and agreed fixed pricing.
3. Intellectual Property & Code Ownership
We believe in sovereign code ownership. Upon receipt of final payment for a contracted project, all bespoke source code, application assets, designs, and intellectual property developed specifically for the client are 100% transferred to the client. Shopverse retains no proprietary lock-in over your code repository.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing necessary assets, text content, API credentials, and timely feedback required to maintain agreed sprint milestones. Delays in client feedback may adjust the scheduled delivery date accordingly.
5. Warranties & Technical Support
All software delivered by Shopverse is engineered to industry standards, passes cross-browser verification, and adheres to modern web accessibility guidelines. We provide a 30-day post-launch warranty period to resolve any functional bugs covered under the original project scope.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Shopverse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from downtime of third-party cloud hosting, hosting providers, or external APIs beyond our direct control.
